When we hold onto things that are not for us, it keeps us away from being able to open the door for something new and a potentially better fit. What are some things in your life you notice youâre holding onto tightly that no longer serves you?
I have a 40ish minute video supposed to come out tomorrow on habits that make you mentally stronger according to psychology and how to do accomplish it! Would you guys prefer if I split it in two parts or put it all up?
Please stop shaming yourself and others for lessons learned and amended. Give yourself grace, forgiveness, understanding and acceptance đ
Motherâs Day is really difficult for some people and can be very triggering. Itâs a day that some dread as it means hard reminders or jumping through hoops for someone that has just hurt them. Although it should be a day that we celebrate the loving and hard working mothers, itâs also a day we celebrate the people who are hurting too
Itâs easy to go in people pleasing mode and not call out someone when theyâre in the wrong. With people that are not of value to you then it really doesnât matter. But with your close inner circle, if you donât call your friends out when theyâre in the wrong and help them grow, then are you really caring about them and being a friend?
It can be hard to go against the grain especially when the general public says one thing but you see it completely differently. Donât let society push you to believe that just cause a lot say itâs right that itâs right. Lots of times whatâs seen as the way to believe or do things proves to be wrong later. Trust your intuition and beliefs. You can be wrong later but thatâs okay, can always change your view points. Better to be yourself then conform to society

You didnât cause your mental health issues, your health issues or your past trauma. That is not your fault. These things can help us understand our past, how we have been affected and what it has caused. However it is not an excuse to not take accountability and to mistreat others. When we do wrong, we have to own it and do better the best way we can. Even if itâs again and again. No shame, just take accountability get back up and correct your mistakes/make amends when needed.
On 8/8 I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby. My over zealous self thought I would still be able to juggle a new born and plan, record, edit and upload new videos. I didnât take into account the sleep deprivation that new parents talk about (I didnât know such eye circles existed) haha or the recovery so I will unfortunately be taking a break from doing videos for a little.
