The neighbor kids just came over and saw my YouTube play button. The boy was absolutely stunned.

“You’re a YouTuber?!”

“Yeah! Am I cool or what?!”

I held up my hand, and he high-fived me in slow motion, his jaw wide open in awe 😂

“I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO MEET A YOUTUBER!”

Reason #9672625 not to give up on your YouTube channel

You never know who you’re inspiring.

You might not feel like a rockstar until you meet a ten year old who thinks you’re cooler than Spiderman.

Keep creating, because every subscriber counts, and you never know which video is going to make someone’s day
 or your own!

Even if it’s just your neighbor kid that thinks you’re famous on the internet!

Fun fact, “edited it” is just the word edit twice.
I think about that every time I say it 😛

And now you can too!

THIS 😍🙌đŸ„č

It is SO frustrating to watch people spin their wheels, years later stuck in the same position, addicted to chaos and busy work (said as a recovering chaos addict)...

But if ALL you did was speak DIRECTLY to the audience that needs you?! What could be more important?

People are trying to reach for the moon, land big stages and huge audiences, instead of focusing on just the ONE person in front of them and building a BRAND that is an ASSET.

You could have content delivering your authority and expertise as if you had an army of salespeople spreading your message around the world, around the clock, perpetually...

As if you were on stage 24/7 delivering keynotes...

But that stage is called THE INTERNET.

Beth joined Chief Content Officer 3 months ago. She has a SMALL niche audience. She doesn't want to serve one to many. She is in her lane and attracting exactly what she wants.

If you want the same, go to chiefcontentofficer.co/cco

BTW we do a 1:1 onboarding call with every member that joins which is absolutely INSANE at this price point, but its cause I love ya and hope you're just as obsessed with this system as I am.

You can implement our prompts in one day a month, OR in 5-10 minutes a day.. or if you're feelin' spicy you could do both.

Don't complain when you don't get the results for the work you didn't do... and don't complain to me ANOTHER 3 months from now when you could have been winning.

"Just keep posting, and the leads will follow."

When I see content experts say things like this
I know there’s a problem.

Let's get one thing straight.

Your job is not to create content.

Your job is to change the world of the people who consume it.

Solve a problem.

Inspire.
Educate.
Delight.

But content alone doesn’t grow your business.

The experts who tell you just to keep creating content are lying to you.

I have seen too many people learn this lesson the hard way

Churning out posts, videos, and articles regularly

Thinking “If I just keep at it, the leads and sales would magically appear”.

But guess what?

They don’t.

Despite all that effort, their business doesn’t grow.

Sure, their content is out there

But if it isn’t generating the results you need for your business (which are leads and sales right?)

Then what’s the point
?

Content alone is not enough.

You need to layer on true marketing techniques, funnels, and cashflow strategies for those financial wins

While you are building your brand (and your business) long-term.

Think of content as the engine of your car.

It's essential, but without fuel, the car won’t go anywhere

The fuel is your marketing strategy, your funnels, your cashflow tactics.

“My calendar is empty”
“The quality of leads suck”
“Everyone who booked a call ghosted me”

I cannot stress enough how important it is to never just rely on ads or paid traffic.

Because when something goes wrong
it can go really wrong
.

And it can get very expensive.

Don't wait for a crisis to realize the power of organic content.

"Our sales calls are more like enrollment calls"

"They've binged watched our videos and are just ready to buy"

"People on calls treat me like I'm some kind of celebrityđŸ€Ł"

"We can turn off ads cause we have so many leads come in from YouTube"

I wish MORE PEOPLE could experience that THIS is the result of creating a BRAND based off of organic content.

Organic = STEROIDS to ads.

Imagine every video you create adds to the online real estate you OWN.

Rather than renting attention, you've built a brand.

Imagine having your audience come to you, instead of you having to hunt them down and convince them you have a solution to their problem.

They're presold and eager to buy because they trust your brand.

That's the power of organic content.

A few weeks back I had dinner with a couple of entrepreneurs

They were bubbling with excitement about a series of videos they had created for their business.

Weeks of scripting, filming, and editing had gone into these masterpieces, and they were convinced these videos were going to be a game-changer.

So, they finally hit publish and sat back, waiting for the leads to pour in.

Guess what? Crickets.

Not a single DM, comment, or like.

They were devastated. You could almost hear the sound of their heart breaking over the sizzle of the fajitas.

As I listened I realized they were missing something crucial.

Their content wasn’t aligned with their audience's needs, and it certainly wasn’t guiding viewers toward becoming paying clients.

It was a tough lesson but one that many people have faced.

Creating content isn’t just about throwing something out there and crossing your fingers.

You need to craft strategic content that speaks directly to your audience’s pain points and offers real solutions.

Your content needs to provide value
practical tips and strategies that your audience can implement right away.

It needs to include a clear call to action, guiding your audience on what to do next.

And it needs to use storytelling to build trust and show your audience that your solutions really work.

Of course, I gave them some advice (I mean – they were paying for the dinner!), and when they started applying the principles

The transformation was incredible.

Their content went from just being “noise” - another video online

To a powerful tool that started to grab attention and bring them in some leads

And what happens when you get leads?

You can turn them into clients.

It really wasn’t about how much content they were cranking out (and it was a lot).

But the quality and strategy behind it.

When they aligned their content with their audiences' needs and started providing real value

They started to see results.

What’s the biggest challenge you face when creating content?

Comment below and let me know!

Fear has always been a ghost.

An imaginary monster chasing us up the stairs from the basement.

We are afraid of what we can’t see.

Afraid of the dark even when it’s only hypothetical.

We stock extra batteries for flashlights in the hall closets—just in case. Just to know they’re there.

The truth is, we don’t need them.

We never have, and we never will need a man-made, artificial, battery-operated bulb to cut through the darkness.

The evidence is in the sun that rises every single day, proving that the fear is not real, but the spirit is.

People believe in ghosts when they should believe in God.

Sometimes life brings you to your knees so you can see from a different perspective.

That perspective will be the origin story you share that gives a roadmap to someone else.
