Hey there.
I'm Elizabeth, and I am a wife,mom,teacher,dancer and life long learner!
I joined the ballet world somewhat late at the age of 14, but I fell hard and haven't looked back.
I dedicated a lot of time and energy to catching up and was able to dance pro for a couple of years before I started teaching and having my little ones. I don't know everything but I love to share what I know and I am always eager to learn more. Join me for videos about all things ballet,health and enjoying life.
