Which would you choose? 😏

The Bulletproof Diet suggests you limit overall seafood consumption because even wild-caught fish can contain mercury, PCBs, and dioxins, which are environmental pollutants that can damage your cells if you consume enough.

When you do eat seafood, choose wild-caught over farmed. Not only is wild-caught seafood more sustainable and lower in toxins, but it also tends to have a better fat profile with more nutrients.

Both cauliflower and white rice can be good options, depending on your goals.

If you’re looking for a low-carb option, go with cauliflower rice.

If you just had a hard workout and are trying to maximize muscle growth, or if you’re doing carb cycling and need a clean carb source, choose the white rice.

Bonus points if you cook and cool your white rice before eating it because this forms resistant starch, a type of carb that feeds your good gut bacteria.

You don't get cravings because you’re weak. It’s not about willpower. You get cravings because of biology. You might even be insulin resistant, but the #1 cause of cravings is that you ate the wrong thing in your last meal.

Have you ever eaten a meal and then immediately wanted dessert or a snack right afterwards? If so, it's probably because there was a toxin in your meal. Or maybe you just ate a food that isn't compatible with your biology.

Not all foods work for all people. Most of us eat enough foods that cause cravings that we've never been able to tell the difference between cravings and hunger. That’s what it was like for me when I was 300 pounds.

When you learn how to intermittent fast, it teaches you how to feel the difference between hunger and cravings, and it fixes insulin resistance.

Intermittent fasting makes it easy to hone in on the ideal diet for you. Remember, there is no single diet that's 100% right for everyone—but eating less toxins is right for everyone.

Join me in discovering how to eat so that you don't have cravings anymore. When you free yourself from cravings, you’ll unleash huge amounts of mental energy that you can put into making the world a better place.

Join more than 30,000 people learning how to do this in my fasting training! It is a gift for people who read my brand new book Fast This Way. See you there!

When you expose your body to small amounts of stress, such as with very cold or very hot temperatures, magical things happen, and your cells get a signal to grow stronger.

Cryotherapy and infrared saunas are two hacks that I regularly incorporate to challenge my cells. The graphic above contains the reasons I like both.

When it comes to quality protein sources, grass-fed beef beats chicken by a long shot.

Beef has a better fat profile and contains more nutrients than chicken. It is okay to have poultry 1 or 2 times a week, but too much can throw your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio out of balance and contribute to inflammation.
