KidLead Academy offers video series, dedicated to the identification and development of leaders while they're moldable, not moldy. Series include "KidLead" for parents and educators on developing the leadership potential of 3-18-year-olds and "LeadYoung Institute" for young adults, ages 15-30. The latter offers insights on how to be a better boss, using visual aids and metaphors to better understand organizational leadership principles. Dr. Alan E. Nelson, Ed.D., teaches leadership at the Naval Postgraduate School and has taught at USC, Pepperdine, UCI and others institutions.
