Welcome to Day 2 of trying to make 3 daily dozen meals from the food in my fridge.
To get closer to achieving Dr Greger's daily dozen challenge, I put ingredient prepping to the test.
Rather than make complete meals for the week and eat them day after day, I prepped enough base ingredients for 3 days' worth of meals.
The challenge was to make 3 different meals daily, for 3 days, that fulfilled the daily dozen checklist while keeping them low FODMAP.
Did I pull it off and could you do the same?
Watch the latest video in this food prep mini-series to find out.

"All of your food looks gross!" Just one of the charming comments I received when this video went viral. Do you agree?

Would you eat this for breakfast? https://youtu.be/ZVPl0ljK-SU?si=tAzqj... I could eat this all day long but I bet half of you would pass.

Hello, I'm Michelle, The Irritable Vegan.
Sharing my story and striving to take the B*S* out of IBS. Be sure to check in regularly for chats, recipes, food hauls, what I ate and all things vegan. Whilst I no longer follow a strict low FODMAP diet I remember all too well how tricky it was to eat vegan and low FODMAP. This is why I created this channel and why I continue to create resources for folks just like the me of 2017!
