I wonder why we don't have more fun with our daily style.
Same old, same old, same thing every day.
We don't want to rock the boat, we feel too old for changes, or maybe afraid we'll be taken aside for a 'little chat'.
Could it be through a lack of confidence that we view ourselves and our style through boring lenses?
After all if we, as mature women, don't have fun with our style, when will we? Time is ticking, tick tock, tick tock.
I for one want to have fun with my style before I push the daisies.

If you look at one of the dictionary definition for ‘style’ it’s:
'Fashionable elegance and sophistication.' We can agree on that.
However, when I look at some contributions by designers to the world of fashion, I sit there aghast and wonder whether they ever understood the concept of style (see Gilet No.1).
Do you think the first outfit flatters anyone? Anyone at all?
The shirt is tucked in badly but the gilet… I have no words… Is this the worst gilet I have ever seen? Yes.
Would you wear it? I hope not.
And we all know why (well, except for that designer):
Unflattering clothes prevent us from looking and feeling our best, and send out the wrong message about our personality and tastes. This can affect and lower our confidence level.
Conversely, wearing clothes that flatters us (see Blazer No.2) go.magik.ly/ml/23rrp/ makes us feel great about ourselves and our bodies, gives out a positive impression about our sense of style, which helps to raise our confidence and improve our day.
