I saw some of my favourite singers (Chappell Roan and Renée Rapp and The Last Dinner Party and Lana Del Rey! 😭) and spent a weekend feeling the most joy I've felt in months. The sunsets were utterly ethereal; bright oranges and yellows reflected on the ridges of desert mountains.
I felt SO confident in my body and loved creating outfits from mine and my friends' wardrobes that let me explore my self-expression in such fun ways!! 🥹💃✨ ugh I slayeddddd

Hello sweet friends!! It was my birthday on Sunday eeeeeeep I'm now officially 24!!!
I HAVE SO MANY HUGE LIFE UPDATES WOW. This last month was one of the most internally transformative of my whole life. I really needed the last few weeks to process it all and sit in my feelings.
I've been debating how much of my life changes to share with you, but I've finally decided to honour my truth and post a very important vlog. You'll get it tomorrow <3 I also just moved to London and I can't wait to share this new chapter of life with you 🥹🦋

Eeeeeep guys, I just spent 10 days in absolute silence meditating for over 12 hours a day! 🧘♀️🦋✨ If you watched my New Year's Resolutions video, you'd know that I put a Vipassana Course on my bucket list of goals for this year (even though it *terrified* me!).
One of my best friends at uni did a course in first year and I remember thinking she was crazy, but she came out feeling the most grounded she had in years. I'm so grateful that she made it seem accessible to me because this experience was so transformative -- especially straight after university in a period of uncertainty. The most CHALLENGING thing I've ever done, but so worth it <3
I can't wait to tell you more about my experience!! I did it in the UK and it's free / donation-based if anyone is ever interested 💐 [and yes, it's giving that scene from Fleabag... iykyk]

Hiiiii YouTube Fam!! 🌻🤍 I am SO PROUD to say I submitted my dissertation final draft!! Eeeeeep I'll now receive feedback from my advisor to help me iterate my paper ahead of the *final* deadline in April.
