I feel honored to share these instructions on meditation with you.
This is one of my teachers from Tibet. He is an official translator for his holiness the Dalai Lama. He is a Geshe, meaning 35+ years of studies and one exam to determine his ranking.
His first language is not English, but he studied at Oxford to learn. He teaches all around the world and is the director of Tibet house in Delhi India. I can go on and on, but most importantly he is filled with wisdom and compassion ❤
Yoga nidra is technically not meditation. If you are on a journey to learning how to meditate, you already know how much information is out there & often misinformation.
Meditation is such a powerful tool, so it’s important to practice correctly.
Please continue practicing yoga nidra, but also use the instructions in the video to practice single pointed meditation each morning ❤

I struggled with sleep for a really long time on my journey.
Waking up in the middle of the night, every night.
I always felt tired.
I made some lifestyle changes that now allow me to have really restful sleep.
If you can't sleep, don't worry too much, you have everything it takes to heal and soothe your own body.
You deserve rest.
Here are 10 things that may be in the way:
1. Too much screen time before bed
2. Not enough good fats, greens, and nutrients
3. Not enough exercise
4. Not enough vitamin D or enough sunlight during the day
5. Deficiency in vitamin B12
6. Too much stress
7. No community, love and support, sense of loneliness
8. Dehydration
9. Excess social media
10. Going to bed too late

April & May was full of love.
In April I hosted two healing retreats in Bali, I felt so grateful to share the practice of shamatha meditation, hatha yoga, and yoga nidra with such beautiful souls.
Then I flew to Portugal, I'm still here exploring the beautiful nature.
My husband and I are finding a place to call home this year ❤️
And I feel so grateful to be alive.
