Hi all 😊 I hope you’re all happy & well.
You may have noticed my all-over-the-place upload schedule for the past few months (or since the beginning of the year, really).
I have been struggling with content here recently.
I’m not here to say I’m taking a break, but I wanted to update you and just ask that you’re patient (not that you haven’t been) with me as I work my way through this slump.
I still plan to upload as much as possible and I’m taking steps to work out how I can rectify this for myself.
In the meantime, I hope you’re finding joy in what you’re doing & making time for those special people in your life (like yourself ❤️)

Hey everyone! I hope you’re well 😊
I wanted to ask for your help.
A big focus on this channel is technology consumption and our relationship with it.
As we know, technology and addiction can come in so many forms and there isn’t (currently) a solution that works for us all.
When I found the chrome extension “Distraction Free YouTube”, (from the video: 1 Tool That Will Break Your Addiction to YouTube For Good) it significantly improved my relationship with YouTube and the control it had over me. I know, through your comments, that it had a similar impact for you.
But, computers are only half the problem (potentially even less); phones are where so many of us struggle and there just currently isn’t an effective solution.
I am constantly on the lookout for said solution, but I would love your help.
~ If we could band together as a community and keep our eyes open for any apps, extensions, plug-ins or anything that can help rectify this issue, I would be so grateful. ~
If you find anything, please send me an insta DM or comment on the previously mentioned video and I will share whatever we find as a collective on my platforms asap.
