Interesting video from Dr. Nick Norwitz on a newer “sugar” that is l fascinating. Actually occupies the same receptor as fructose and can block fructose absorption and improve metabolic health. https://youtu.be/pr93EsEV2bM?si=Vr1fd...
Much of my shorter form content (like this) is on other platforms, just as a heads-up. Would love to see you over there
Always best to get your vitamins from the earth. There is a place for supplements, no doubt. But the base ought to be the earth 🌎🌱🥩
Plant 🌱 AND Animal 🍳 = Human Omnivore
No malice towards either plant based crowd or animal based crowd. The purpose here is to highlight that you don't NEED to take a side. You can enjoy the benefits of both.
It seems as though if you tout the benefits of fiber and plants, you're automatically pegged a vegan and if you tout the benefits of meat, you're labeled animal based.
I choose both. The literature on fiber is strong. The literature on meat is strong.
I choose lots of plants (cooked) and lots of protein. ✌🏼
