This is part of a series of guided meditations for an app. This part of the series is for anger/rage release.
I know Iām a few days behind from the actual equinox but we are still in the window. I have been out camping/hiking under the glorious glowing fall colors. Enjoying the decay before it gets completely cold and snowy up here in the mountains. The high peaks are already getting dusty.

Celebrating the beginning of harvest season as we transition into autumn here in the mountains. Summers end is bittersweet but im excited to see the beauty of the aspens turning gold soon.
