The perpetrators of evil often operate in the shadows, emboldened by the knowledge that most people will look the other way. This inaction allows their actions to grow in scope and brutality. Imagine a bully empowered by the silent witness of classmates, or a scammer continuing their malpractices unchecked by public outcry. In these scenarios, the bystanders become unwitting accomplices.
The power of intervention, however small, cannot be understated. A single voice raised in dissent can spark a wave of opposition. The act of reporting injustice, of offering aid to the victim, or simply speaking out against fraudulent practices, disrupts the atmosphere of fear and apathy that evil thrives on. History is littered with examples of ordinary people who, through their courage and action, halted the course of evil.

Silence is the Best Answerā¦
There's a time for words, and a time for silence. Sometimes, the most powerful response is no response at all. Here's why silence can be the ultimate power move:
1. You Deny Them the Satisfaction.
Your opponent craves a reaction. They want to see you flustered or angry. Staying silent shows their attempt to control you has failed. It takes away their power.
2. You Rise Above the Fray.
Responding in anger or frustration puts you on their level. Silence demonstrates maturity and composure. You choose not to sink to their tactics.
3. Silence Speaks Volumes.
Sometimes, the absence of words speaks louder than anything you could say. It shows you're unfazed, unconcerned, and perhaps even pity their behaviour.
4. You Focus on What Matters.
Giving someone your energy can be draining. By staying silent, you choose to invest your time and emotions in things that truly matter.
Remember, when someone seeks to provoke you, consider the power of silence.
It might just be the sweetest revengeš

Most people associate depression with a psychological state thatās full of negative feelings and emotions. But in many cases, the root cause of the problem is physical (not psychological).
For instance, in my case, I was physically very active and health conscious before COVID. But during lockdown, I stopped all my physical activities and started eating a lot of junk food. That lead to numerous physical and psychological issues. I dealt with all of that with the help of healthcare professionals and got back to work within a few weeks.
Fast forward to today, I am absolutely fine.
The most important lesson that I learned from this whole experience is that you cannot take your health for granted.
Take careš
Just wanted to share something with youā¦
A lot of people think that I am some kind of a superhuman who can never get demotivated or depressed. Itās not true. Since the end of 2020, during COVID, I have been fighting with depression. I am taking medication as per clinical diagnosis.
You might be thinking that why I am sharing all of this with you. Because I genuinely feel that you deserve to know the truth (no matter how sad/bad it is).
In the near future, itās going to be impossible to draw the line between what is ārealā and what is not.
