Hi Everyone,
I hope you're all well.
I've been having a break from the channel for a while. Which is why I've been slightly weak in the number of uploads in recent months.
I'm going to get back to uploading purely sleep sessions soon.
In the mean time I'm going to be uploading all of my IMPROVEMENT SESSIONS catalogue in to the 'Sleep and Improve' membership here in Youtube. It will likely take a while as I have so many. However, the Confidence and Self belief normal and 8D versions have just been added.

Thank you to all of you for your support since I've been back here producing content again.
... and it really is a HUGE thank you, as the channel has started to really start getting back to where it was, and without you there wouldn't be a channel.
This week I'm concentrating very much on that tiredness.. even fatigue and exhaustion. Let's maximize this second half of the week through great and restful sleep!
