Michelle came to me looking for assistance with a rapid fat loss phase.


To be honest Michelle was a very easy client to coach. She is a gun, she stuck to her low calories, didn’t complain at all, and just did the work for the 6-8 weeks.

From a high of 72.9kg to our lowest 65.9kg she lost 7 kilos (a kilo per week)

-4cm off her chest
-10 cm off small waist
-9.5 off low waist
-9cm off hips
-5 of thighs

I’ve really enjoyed my coaching experience with Shannon!

I’ve made great progress in 8 weeks. 10cms off my waist and scale weight reduced from 72.9 to 66.1 - 6.9kgs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Shannon. His simple yet pragmatic approach works so well that you just want to get on with the job. His relaxed easy going nature also made it way more enjoyable than the more inflexible experiences I’ve had.

How crazy are these results for less than 10 weeks!

@holliefenning came to me just 10 weeks ago as a Referal from my client @mattybray2016 who has also been getting so great results (and Matt was a Referal from @shaylee.caracciolo) 😉

Matt had done such a good job at selling my program for me Hollie was pretty much onboard from our initial chat.

Another incredible transformation is coming in! My client wishes to remain anonymous but results are results! Let's call her Susan..

Susan is down 6 kilos in 20 weeks but what is most impressive is she gained muscle and lost fat at the same time with

-4cm off her chest
-8cm on her small waist
-12cm on her lower waist
-5cm on her hips

"I was already very good about exercise, enjoyed it, and worked out every day. But I wasn't seeing the results from it because my eating was off. Through working with Shannon, I lost approximately 10 pounds and I feel really good about myself. I'm starting to feel attractive again! I feel lighter and happier, and look so much better in my clothing.

I learned some new tricks/hacks about measuring and logging food. The online coaching made me "feel better" about myself, in that, it's okay that at my current stage in life, it's hard to be an "intuitive eater". I feel better that I'm not alone in my need to keep a careful eye on what and how much I'm eating. That it's okay to calorie count and step on the scale daily in this current environment that I feel is skewed way too "body positive" where trying to get thinner (ie, lose unhealthy body fat) is sometimes vilified.

Shannon is Worth every penny. I knew what to do, but just wasn't doing it. He offers a lot of free content which is so helpful. But the personal accountability piece / weekly check was what really got me over the typical hump, where normally I'd throw in the towel and give up. Ie, diet all week, not see any major change, and then overeat on the weekend, on an endless repeat loop. Each week, after seeing results, it got easier to stay motivated. I was able to see, with my own data, the macro breakdowns that worked best for me personally. At my age, I was starting to give up hope that I could ever get a youthful figure back. After working with Shannon, I realize that it takes a little more discipline and effort than I was doing before, but I never really felt deprived or miserable during the process. Follow Shannon's advice and you WILL get results!

Nutrition Requirements And Stress

Access to a Variety of Foods: You should be able to cook and prepare all of your meals. This includes a diverse range of ingredients, with an emphasis on non-vegetarian items, as consumption of meats is necessary.

Dietary Preferences: Please note that this program is not suited for vegan or vegetarian diets.

Alcohol: Alcohol is to be kept to an absolute bare minimum, preferably none at all.

Sleep: Able to achieve good quality sleep 8 hours most nights without interruptions.

Stress: Preferably living in a relatively low-stress environment

Tracking Requirements

Data Recording: You must be proficient in meticulously tracking data through a spreadsheet (like Google Sheets). This includes recording your daily morning weight and tracking daily calorie intake and macronutrients.

Progress Monitoring: You are required to provide weekly progress photos. These should be in a bikini or basic underwear to accurately assess physical changes. Be aware that these photos will be used as testimonials at the end of the transformation and possibly throughout, I even encourage you to share your progress throughout the process too. Comfort with sharing these images is essential.

Health and Physical Criteria: You must be in good health, over the age of 18, and not pregnant or diagnosed with an eating disorder.

Additionally, to determine eligibility based on physique, measure your waist, which should be at or below 43% of your height. For example, if your height is 160 cm, your waist should be approximately 68.8 cm (160 cm x 0.43), with a margin of 3 cm either way.

To figure this out take your height in cm and x it by 0.43

Training and Commitment Requirements

Gym Access: You need access to a fully equipped commercial gym with high-quality equipment.

Training Schedule: Commitment to training at least 4 days per week for around 45 minutes to 1 hour each session without interruptions.

Equipment Familiarity: Comfort with using various gym equipment such as machines, barbells, and dumbbells, ensuring proper form and technique.

No Major Distractions: You should not have any significant social events or holidays planned for the next 16 weeks. This period requires complete dedication to the training and nutrition regimen.

Full Commitment: I am looking for individuals who are 100% committed to putting in the effort and are ready for a true transformation.
