Hi, my name is Diana Stobo, welcome to my YouTube page which documents my wellness journey from personal health struggles to wellness empowerment, recipes, innovation and my path to discovering new healing modalities!
I am the founder and CEO of two wellness companies; The Retreat Costa Rica and Truth Bar. The Retreat Costa Rica, a wellness hotel located in Costa Rica, is a serene haven where healing journeys thrive amidst nature's embrace. Truth Bar is the product of my background as a French pastry chef/chocolatier and wellness expertise. I noticed a lack of healthy options that still tasted delicious and sought out to create a nutrition bar that makes health accessible and delicious!
I seek to share her wisdom with a global audience, inspiring hope and catalyzing positive change. Guided by a belief in the profound connection between body and spirit, I hope to lead the charge toward vibrant, purposeful living.
