The Universe is a big place. And there's so much we don't know about it!
We do know that there's a lot of it—way more than we could ever explore in our lifetimes. But what does that mean? What kinds of things could be out there? How far away are they? How many? And how long has the universe been here?
It's like asking "how many grains of sand are there on the beach?" There are so many grains of sand on the beach that you can't count them all! The same thing goes with the universe: it's just so big that even if you went out every day and counted each grain of sand, you'd still be left with an uncountable amount of them.
But we're not going to give up on trying to understand what this means for us humans. We've come so far in such a short time, and now we're working hard to figure out how the universe works.
