Ah it feels good to be back (actually back this time π). Iβve actually been working a bit on videos in the background over the last few months. The one I released today I recorded a loong time ago. But anyway while I wonβt go back to a regular schedule I am actually back to posting videos with some frequency now and think I have some banger videos coming up π¬Β There is also a bit of an explanation to why I was gone for so long, probably something Iβll go through in a future video.

Seems like the only thing I use this community tab for is talking about not posting videos π¬ Anyway I am going to try changing up the release schedule. Have been trying to stick with weekly for a bit over a year now. I Was quite committed to this because I know its completely possible to get ahead of the schedule and give me plenty of time to work on more difficult videos. But just because it is possible doesn't mean it works out like that.
I have a list of like 30+ videos that I am very excited to make, but they are all videos I want to put more time and effort into and end up just focusing on the projects I can complete on a shorter time frame. So yeah I'm going to just start releasing videos whenever I have one I am happy with and see how that goes :]
Will probably stick with this non-schedule schedule until after the Summer, and then evaluate how satisfied I am with the effort and videos I've put out compared to what I was making when I had weekly releasees.
I'll put up a poll would love to hear what people think.
Feel like I've skipped a lot of weekly videos lately but I guess such is life. As mentioned in my previous post I am going to Mexico next week and have had a couple of work priorities pop up that I need to get out of the way before then (and have not adequately gotten ahead of my youtube schedule π¬) and starting to feel a wee bit overwhelmed. So instead of trying to just power through everything I'll take a little bit of a break from youtube and skip a few videos and post my next one when I'm back.

Hi Friends, wondering if anyone have any suggestions for this potential video idea:
I am going to Mexico for a SafetyWing team gathering in a few weeks. This is the first the entire team gathers so there will be around 100 people there from all over the world. Pretty sure well over 30 different Countries will be represented, with all types of skill sets and backstories.
My idea is that I would pick one question and ask whoever is willing to give a few minutes. But I am curious if any have a suggestion for a Question that would be interesting to build a video around.
Some overlapping areas for many people:
Remote work + Working in a Remote Team
Anything to do with travelling or being a digital nomad/expat.
Finding Work that you Care about.
Any ideas much appreciated ^_^
Previously edited videos in Adobe Premiere but I'm moving to Final Cut Pro (At least thats the plan, so I prefer it) but think it will delay todays video until tomorrow because I'm still not done yet and its 2.5 hours until my bed time :D Will for sure post tomorrow if not today though.
Unsure if I should post other things in this community tab than when my releases are delayed or interrupted. Not sure what else to say. Anyone else excited for Elden Ring or what? π€
I'll be travelling to San Francisco for a week so will probably not upload this Wednesday π I'll bring my Camera so might decide to make one there at some point but guess I'll be busy with work and San Francisco stuff.
Hej Friends, have some work stuff I want to finish for December and will also be gone for 2 weeks for Christmas. So I'll take my advice from the most recent video and not fall into the superman trap and instead do bi-weekly videos for the next few weeks. π¬
So next video December 8th & 22nd, then January 5th onwards should be back to posting weekly. Thank you for all the support ^_^
Hey Friends, after posting every week for like 7 months now (which I know isn't THAT long) still feels a bit weird to do this but decided to not post a video this week. Just have some other things to focus on and instead of rushing out a video it just feels like the right time to take a week off. I'll come back strong next Wednesday, see you then! π¬
