Here I am, back to my original name of the channel, Sigismondi (even more minimalistic, I dropped the Productions). After few months with rename of La Yoga Vita, I've decided with Paula that she's ready for her own channel with that name, and here it is: youtube.com/@la-yoga-vita (go and give her a follow, she will upload soon many yoga classes).
Regarding me and this channel, I'm back to all the things I love, not only yoga, but most generally anything and anyone that ignites my creativity. If you like my style of filming and story telling, you will be happy of what you are going to see on this channel.
