This channel is here to help anyone who's having struggles with their mental health. I'm not a licensed therapist, but hearing the words come out of an average person's (if there is such a thing) mouth without being 'therapised' can offer the world of good, believe me!
I'm not a doctor or qualified professional, I'm simply here to document my own experiences and struggles with mental health, namely health anxiety/hypochondria and let people know how I've dealt with my own issues. I hope I can help others by relating to them and normalising these struggles.
