Hey friends,
Our goal with this channel has always been to entertain ourselves (and hopefully anyone watching) as much as possible. Unfortunately, YouTube is making that increasingly difficult for us. We’re no stranger to videos getting demonetized, especially our A Sharp Decline Wrap-Up videos. But now YouTube is automatically blocking our videos from being seen at all until we edit out certain portions. Because of this the Alien vs. Predator Wrap-Up we just uploaded is missing several bits which were some of our favorites from hours and hours of recording.
We’ve always concentrated on quality as opposed to monetization but it seems to us that the best course of action would be to make a Patreon where we can upload the videos in full so you can see them as intended, in addition to the edited versions on YouTube. Although it would be a few months out, we first and foremost wanted to test the waters. Is this something y’all would be interested in? We have ideas for a couple of other types of videos but we don’t take asking for a paid subscription lightly so if we are going to make the move, we want to make sure we do it right.
We hope everyone is having an excellent 2024 so far, we’ve got a lot planned for the year, and we’re really looking forward to it, no matter where it takes us.
