Attention listeners of Focus Soundscapes:
YouTube have recently added a new "Stable Volume" feature to the platform. This will make any quiet videos louder and "stabilise" the volume, so to speak.
Due to the quiet nature of some of my soundscapes this means that some of the videos on this channel may have the volume "stabilised" or boosted which can result in frequencies becoming unbalanced and the ambience becoming too loud, harsh or overly compressed. When it comes to ambient music this can obviously be unpleasant to the ear.
Please check to see if Stable Volume is enabled on any of my uploads if you notice the volume is too much or something is off with the way the video sounds.
I will be doing everything in my power to ensure my uploads stay consistent in volume from now on and that the final product doesn't result in the music needing to be boosted.
