Our subconscious thoughts become the basis of how we decide how to live out our lives. It frames our perception of what we can and cannot do. Most of this we collected passively through the experiences and exposures that were not in our control. For example, we may avoid taking a risk because we internalized our parent's experience with taking an uninformed chance on a particular situation. Believe it or not, this affects how we navigate through own life.
How do we undo this framework? Although there are many ways, research has shown that reaching a Theta state places us in a prime position to access the subconscious mind. Through the use of 6hz binaural beats for at least 10-15 minutes, Theta waves begin to activate the limbic and hippocampal regions of the brain, promoting learning and memory formation. By exposing affirmations in this state, reframing can begin.
