I can't believe I was the person on the left not that long ago! It still blows my mind that I allowed myself to become so unhealthy. It took a lifetime to develop terrible habits, but thanks to the carnivore diet I'm creating a new lifestyle where I'm healthier, happier, calmer, oh yeah and CANCER FREE!!!!! I'm loving how things are going, but I'm not done yetπ

Today is my Mom's Birthday. Her name was Marsha and she would have been 75 today. I always say my dad was my hero and my mom was my best friend. She was so kind, generous and she made the world a better place. She helped me pick out Cassie's engagement ring but she was taken from us a few months before our wedding but I had a picture of her in my jacket pocket when we said our vows. She had such an awesome smile and she adored Cassie. I go over what happened the day she was murdered in this video. I'm sure our new viewers haven't seen it so here's the link if you'd like to.
