HEY FRIENDS! HAPPY NEW YEAR! If you don't follow me on IG, I posted a couple of weeks ago that HOLY ROLLERS IS HAVING ITS OFF-BROADWAY PREMIERE AT THE PLAYERS THEATRE! Iβm so happy to come back to play in this beautiful show! We initially had our performances at the New York Theater Festival Winterfest in 2022. The show was nominated for Best Score and Best Production and won multiple awards, including Best Director, Best Choreography(which is wild), and Most Creative Production!
What is this brand new musical about, you ask? Well, I'm gonna tell ya!
When a local priest bets and loses the churchβs funds on a horse race, he employs a ragtag group of nuns to assist in replenishing the money. Despite having no previous experience, they enter a local bowling tournament in hopes of being crowned champions. With the help of a fellow sister-in-Christ, they learn a lot about bowling, friendship, and the power of faith.
Our performance at The Players Theatre will run for five weeks, beginning on January 12th and running until February 11th! With showtimes:
Fridays at 7 pm
Saturdays at 3 pm and 7 pm
Sundays at 3 pm
