MCCOY champions the positive development of youth through leadership on key issues and support of the youth worker community in central Indiana. Our vision is that every young person has the opportunity to thrive, live, learn and engage in their community.
As an intermediary, we accomplish our mission through our four critical roles: advocate, resource, capacity builder and convener.
Working in these roles MCCOY creates positive outcomes for youth and supports policies that provide young people with the opportunities they need to succeed both now and in the future.
