My video âThe Real Face of Asian Hateâ has been hit with a copyright claim for the 11 seconds of the YG song I included where YG says âFirst find a house and scope it out find a Chinese neighborhood because they donât believe in bank accountsâ. As a result the video has been blocked worldwide. I am disputing this since my use of the song is directly related to the commentary of the subject matter at hand and falls under fair use jurisprudence. Hoping to get the video back up soon even though I know Def Jam Records doesnt want that clip out there.
