I started the channel because I couldn't find binaural beats that had no music and a black background. I did it selfishly for myself. Those with music, you can't hear the beats and thus I was not even sure there was a binaural beat in it, and if so if the frequency was accurate.
So I started creating mine, that I knew were 100% pure and perfect frequencies. It allowed me, just like you probably, to have a better sleep, better meditation sessions and concentrate better overall. I took a big pause due to family, but I'm back and will upload more for you guys to experiment. Sometimes just a slightly different tone will affect you in your journey. Also, it's a journey, whatever you want to achieve. So don't despair and keep those sessions everyday! Try different tones to see if it helps more. Journal your sessions.
