Hey fam, this month we have a fat / weight loss plan. Many of us struggle with losing weight. The secret behind weight loss is 80% calorie deficit and 20% a structured workout plan. We will be working this month with fat melting workouts like HIIT, aerobics, power yoga, power pilates, weighted cardio etc to burn more calories in-turn crushing fat from body.
Remember to always listen to your body, take rests when you need and mix up the workouts to what feels best for you.
