We are so excited to share the first song of our album with all of you!
This song has been a creation of my partner and me.
I received the melody and words in a very powerful moment in my life (more about that soon) and then I showed it to Yuval, raw and unfiltered.
His eyes were sparkling and as he was listening, he already had the whole song and soundscapes in his ears.
We took the shamanic drum and some other ambient sounds and in one mystical night, the song was born and taking form. ✨

Today I want to share something with you that’s been on my heart for a long time..
We’ve been working on this project for the past 2 years and I can’t believe that the time has finally come to share it with all of you!
My first album is going to come out very soon! 🎉
The first song will be released in less than 3 weeks, on the 08/08, which is also our anniversary so it’s a very special day for us. 🤍

An honest and vulnerable sharing on why I don’t upload a new video this week..
Lately, life has been guiding me to adjust to the rhythms of nature without pushing against the natural flow.
Here where we live, it has been raining for the past weeks and as we love to create all of the sound healing journeys in nature, we couldn’t find a window where we were able to create a new transmission for you all.
At the same time, we picked up this beautiful being and reunited with him in our new home and we spent some quality time together. ☺️
I know that so many of you also fell in love with him in one of my latest videos and I’m so happy to see that you can feel his peaceful and loving energy as much as we do!
First, I found myself being frustrated by the way things were not falling into place the way that I wanted them to.
But then I remembered that most of the times, life doesn’t give us what we WANT, life gives us what we NEED.
So the lesson of this week has been to accept the natural flow of life and to not fight against it.
And the moment we accepted it, a beautiful sunny day came to us and we created a beautiful new video together which will be out next week on Wednesday! ✨

I wanted to share something with you all..
These days I’ve been taking my time to read through a lot of your comments here and on my longer journeys on YT and wow.. I am so touched by how deeply my music touches your hearts and how intimately you all share how it affects your life.
Your love and vulnerable sharings and encouraging words are truly one of the strongest forces that keep me going.
This path that I chose is so deeply fulfilling and at the same time it can be extremely challenging.
There are so many projects behind the scenes that my partner and I are working on and they take a lot of commitment, energy, and dedication to our passion.
So in difficult moments, after a long day of creation, reading your messages has a huge impact on both of us.
I want you to know how much your words touch me and that I do read them all, even if I can’t reply to all of them.
Please keep sharing with me how our music makes you feel.

These past weeks I’ve been going through some heavy emotions.
I allowed myself to break, cry, and feel all the waves of grief and exhaustion that were streaming through me.
The other day I heard that being depressed means that you are in need of deep rest and I felt this so deeply within my whole body.
It was so important for me to allow myself these days of rest, nothingness, and sadness.
And at the same time, I felt today how easy it is to get caught up in the comfort of this state of sorrow.
I felt how there’s a path in front of me with two roads.
The road of suffering or the road of gratitude.
So I did what brings me the most joy and healing which is singing intuitively with my guitar.
The moment I did that, I felt how my life force energy returned back to me.
Tomorrow a new journey is coming out and I can’t wait to share it with you as it shows me in the process of transforming heaviness into lightness through this transmission. ✨
My message for you today is:
Just as important as the surrender into the waves, is the willingness to stay present and not get sucked into the currents.
Whatever you are going through right now, know that it will pass. Allow yourself to stay present and try to find and do things that make you feel alive.

I have some exciting news to share with all of you!! (Album Release)
My partner Yuval and I started playing music together about 3 years ago, under the name of Rising Seeds.
We were traveling the world and gathered inspiration from different cultures, sceneries and mother nature.
After some time, we decided to transform into Clara Sophia, and opened up to some fresh colors and genres.
While on the go, we wrote many songs, which we kept for ourselves but we have finally decided to share them with the world!
The oldest songs we wrote, will be released under the name of Rising Seeds.
While the newer ones will be released very soon here, under Clara Sophia.
Tomorrow our first song will be released on @RisingSeeds.
This song is very close to my heart as I wrote it many years ago for my dear father who has always supported me throughout my whole life and musical journey.
We are eternally grateful for each and every one of you following our journey and supporting us through this process and can’t wait for you to hear these beautiful songs we created together, which means the world for us.

Yesterday I reunited with this beautiful fluffy love of my life!
We were apart for over 7 months as I was being called to different places around the world.
That’s the difficulties that come with following our intuition, that sometimes you have to leave loved ones behind to follow your soul’s calling.
For me, this inner pull is always so strong that I can’t ignore it and need to follow it - as otherwise I feel in my whole being how something is not in alignment.
And I am so happy that now my heart was calling me to come to my second home again to reunite with the most beautiful soul. ✨

Tomorrow a very special journey is coming out!
The most beautiful part of these channelled sound healing journeys is always what messages are coming to me by deeply listening and tuning in.
In this one, as I was feeling very low on energy, the message that came through so strongly was:
“Allow yourself to rest into whatever you are doing.”
So I did. And the moment I fully let go, I observed my voice just naturally flowing out of me, without putting any effort or any control into it.
I always feel this movement of surrender when intuitively singing, but this time it was even stronger and the softness was more powerful than ever before.
I can’t wait to see how this journey will make you feel.
It is about deep rest, relaxation, and inner peace.

This was my theme of the past week and maybe of the past years of my life.
I am currently in the process of creating an online voice healing course for all those who want to learn intuitive singing with me and how to heal yourself with your own voice.
And I am amazed to see how while filming the chapters, within the structure I planned, there are new meditations, practices and songs emerging.
It feels as if as I allow myself to rest into this process, words and songs just come flowing through me.
Since I am young, I am very familiar with channelling intuitive songs.
But feeling words flowing through me as I speak, is something very new to me.
I am enjoying and embracing the birth of this new project endlessly and I feel how this was a necessary step for me to unravel new openings and gift within me.
It is so beautiful to see that with the intention of helping and serving others, I receive so much healing for myself simultaneously.
I can’t wait for you all to experience this journey and to hear what it will shift and open in your own life. 🤍✨🪽
