Aakash (Sky) started practicing yoga and karate at the age of 6. He is a black belt in karate and a gold medalist in yoga.
Over the past two decades, Sky has been teaching yoga extensively throughout India and in Hong Kong since 2009.
Sky joined Fitness First in 2012 and Five Elements Habitat in 2020, where his teaching style is both creative and results-oriented. His classes showcase the fun and challenging sequences that combine traditional yoga with a strong flavor of body conditioning. His multi-disciplinary approach has set Sky apart as he integrates multiple elements culled from his exposure to Yoga, Therapy, Martial Arts & Pilates, and applying them ingeniously and methodically to advance students towards their ultimate training goals.
Sky is bringing that classroom learning to online through his videos to spread the awareness of Yoga to people from all walks of life.
