Does anyone else get confused when you say "the thing is, is that" ?
I feel like using this clause, in order to forgo the double "is" you need to either do a dramatic obama pause like
"the thing is...........................................I'm hungry"
or the valley girl way
"the thing is, is that I'm hungry"

Believe it or not, it's actually nice to get hate comments from time to time. I get a good laugh, or I maybe learn something! Sometimes I feel like in a plethora of positive ones I'm like "I NEED SOME DIFFEREN'T ENERGY COME ON GUYS". My more controversial takes are exciting. I enjoy people letting out their feelings for some reason. If I can be someone's punching bag for just a minute that's fun. It's weirdly flattering for someone to take time out of their day to comment anything under the sun.
