My name is Emma Garrick, I'm a Scottish therapist helping people from all over the world recover from their anxiety disorders. I am also a voice artist and authoring my first book and I live in the "mini Highlands" now with my husband and children in the incredibly beautiful and peaceful South of Scotland.
Here on my YouTube channel, I share a mix of everything that I feel passionate about including the soothing sounds of my voice to help people in their lives whatever they may be going through.
I also share stories and glimpses of my everyday life with my husband Chris; including the music he helps me to make, exploring nature, establishing a wellbeing retreat in the Wilds of Scotland plus inspirational footage of the secret places here.
