One of the most rewarding aspects of my work as a trainer is empowering women to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. I've witnessed countless of my female clients push their limits & inspire other women to do the same. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft, and Mackenzie Davis in Terminator: Dark Fate are just a few of the women I've had the privilege of training for their respective films. Katy Perry and Dua Lipa are among some of the most talented artists in the world and have inspired millions of fans through their music. These women rarely receive enough credit for their achievements not only as artists & actresses but also as athletes who are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. Today is about honoring how far women have come, let's show them the respect they deserve!👏
