Today we are going to show you how to check yourself to see if you have this common postpartum condition called DIASTASIS RECTI.
During pregnancy, 100% of women experience diastasis recti (or ab separation).
1/3 of these women will have this condition close on it's own after a few weeks, and another 1/3 of these women will have this separation heal on it's own after a year.
But for the remaining 1/3 of all women (33%!), diastasis recti will not heal on it's own.
1/3 mamas are walking around with this condition of separated abs and most of them have no idea.
