I tackle the creation, care and maintenance of a small-scale Midwest garden in a very manageable way. My garden is located in southern Michigan USA (Zone 6a). I also share stories about gardeners from the past who can still inspire us today.
I believe gardens are more than pretty flowers. Our gardens help us escape from the stress and pressure of daily life. There is a truth in the beauty of nature that is healing. Building a beautiful garden and a beautiful home matters. It's important work.
