currently editing a much needed yt video that will be up soon & give you insight to my brain recently but until then the podcast went up today and has been going up weekly. i know it may not always seem like it but i love you, my brain just hasn’t been very kind to myself the past 2 months, and i have been working my through it with my psychiatrist and therapist but recently Im starting to think it could be from my zepbound bc a TON of people are reporting depression while on the meds, so i appreciate your patience while i navigate figuring it out!
