I filmed yesterday’s session directly after the June Collective Energy Healing Event On Thursday evening, as the energy was coming through so strongly for the gathering. The potency was tough to ignore and I wanted to encapsulate some of it for the YouTube family.

✨ Given that we are at the precipice of a collective new beginning for the calendar year of 2024, I felt that utilizing the New Moon energies would be a powerful way to come together and activate intentions for the upcoming months.

Today I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for YOU! Thank you for your presence… thank you for sharing your beautiful energy here… thank you for being a part of this community and for helping to make it a supportive, intentional, love-filled space.
Long before it manifested physically, this channel began as an inner calling. I didn’t have a definitive direction, just a vision and a strong internal nudge to begin. I even put it off for quite some time as I overcame my own resistance to sharing myself publicly.
On November 1 of last year I made a commitment to myself to release a video everyday for a month. On November 1 of this year, that month turned into an entire year! And while I’ve now committed to giving myself some extra breathing room between videos as I’ve been so busy and and also delving into a multitude of passion projects, sharing this space with you has been such a precious experience and I’m beyond excited to continue this journey together and watch how it evolves.
I’ve learned and grown so much on a personal level, and the greatest gift has been connecting with the incredible humans who show up each day to focus on blooming as beings and embodying their expansion. This path is a tall order for all of us and no small feat to take on! Yet I believe it’s one of the most worthy and fulfilling journeys we can embark on.
I’d like you to know that I’m honored to share this space with you, and whether spoken or energetic, I deeply value the connections we’ve created. Thank you for being here, and thanks for being you!

On a path of transformation, our state of being shifts considerably and we are often no longer an energetic match to our prior environment. This can include places we used to frequent and activities we partook in; although people are no exception. You may find your interpersonal relationships drastically shifting along with you, which can bring up feelings of sadness, loss and anxiety.
It’s tough to fathom letting go of certain partnerships and sometimes the best thing to do is focus on your growth, lead by example, and give the people around you the opportunity to grow as well… while still honoring their unique journeys. Some relationships will fall away or distance themselves (temporarily or indefinitely) and grieving these losses is a challenge.
While it’s essential to be mindful of who/what we surround ourselves with, keep in mind that some bonds will evolve as people rise to meet you in your healing over time, while others are simply meant to have an expiration date. Like so many things, this isn’t always clear in the moment, but an inner knowing will crystallize as the dust settles if we can truly tune into ourselves. And it doesn’t mean either party is superior, it simply means each of us is walking a different path.
This Reiki / Energy Healing session is created to help you surround yourself with amazing, healthy people that uplift you on yours, and also to assist in the process of cutting ties with what no longer serves your expansion.
In order to attract what we desire into our life experience, we must become an energetic complement for that desire (in a partnership of any type, we must take a reciprocal role) and maintain that state energetically. We receive in life what we are…. determined by our state of being. Believing strong, loving friendships/relationships are possible is half the battle; maintaining that knowing viscerally is another part. We are all walking around with our own conditioning, beliefs, trauma and lenses through which we see the world. Alchemizing these is another huge component of this process.
We may experience a reflection of things we are unconsciously holding deep inside— in the people around us. These attachments often exist in the shadows (far below the light of our awareness) so they can be tricky to spot. My intention is that this session helps you to not only surround yourself with wonderful people, but to more deeply innerstand what you’re experiencing and self overall. 🤗
