Welcome to Yoga with Heini, a yoga channel for every body!
Here you’ll find high-quality yoga videos and tutorials for all levels and for EVERY body; Beginners Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Morning Yoga, Asana Labs (in depth yoga pose tutorials), and much more. These videos are for all types of people, all backgrounds, and all levels of yoga practice. My yoga classes tend to be slow paced and focused on mindfulness, and there are plenty of breathing exercise and breath-focused yoga sequences featured as well.
