Ascension Sickness is like Sea Sickness or Altitude Sickness.
Here are some suggested remedies:
1. Napping, resting, relaxation.
2. Slowing down activities, again think Turtle energy.
3. Deep breathing from the lower abdomen. Oxygenation, if needed. Meditation focused on oxygenation; you can dowse or use Reiki to bring oxygen into your system.
4. Master the mind set of “it’s all good.” It’s a mindset switch.
5. Philosophy of riding the wave.
6. Give yourself permission to zone out with whatever restful, mindless activity appeals.
7. Using white sage or palo santo for smudging.
8. Don’t worry if you cannot get your appliances to work, Sens of humor relax, breathe deeply. And then it may suddenly start working again.
9. With all of this going on it may hard to find your joy. Try using music and movement to help you get back to your joy. Childlike innocence, looking at everything with awe and wonder and playfulness. Make activities a game. I play the “hello” game every day. I open my front door and greet my outside potted plants. Sometimes a bird or gecko will sing back. It’s great fun.
