Here is a link to a map that shows the locations where the videos in the channel were filmed:
www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1j5FRi8O_5JUk_wOX…

Some videos filmed at multiple locations are shown only at one, and some videos (mostly the Year in reviews are not on the map). A couple of very old videos are shown here to fill up some voids on the map, even though I made them Unlisted a long time ago.

Several months ago Ron, a subscriber of the channel, sent me the first version of the map, this is a somewhat modified version.

After almost 15 YEARS on YouTube, "Amazing Places on Our Planet" reached 1 million subscribers! Thank you for all your support!

I doubt it took ever so long for any other channel to reach 1 M subscribers, so this is probably kind of a record 😉. It was never my main goal to increase the views and the subscribers, my only criteria was to create what I consider valuable, knowing that there will be many others who share my taste and vision and will enjoy my style. Thank you once again!

Hello everybody, I have a question for you:
What Amazing Places around the world would you like to see on the channel, over the next couple of years?
I have many plans and ideas, more than what I would be able to cover, and I am curious to hear your opinion.
Thank you for your answers!

I completed recently a trip to Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico, where I visited several Maya sites (between other places).
Next week I am planning to release the first video from this trip - from the Maya city-state of Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico. The ancient ruins are about 12-14 centuries old.

Just completed a trip around the Faroe Islands, self-governing part of the Kingdom of Denmark, located in the middle between Iceland, Scotland and Norway.
The islands have unique amazing landscapes. Expect the first video from the Faroes to be released in the channel 3-5 weeks from now.

You have not seen any updates here for quite some time, probably because fresh updates about the channel travels are being published on Instagram (instagram.com/milosh9k).

What is coming to the channel soon? I am working on several videos from a recent trip to Switzerland (the image in this post). About to begin another exciting adventure, but I will not rush to announce it as everything can change quickly these days - closing a country for an outbreak, unexpected positive test, ...... :(

For next Friday I have scheduled a long video from one of the least accessible but extremely scenic places in the United States - the Maze District of Canyonlands, Utah.

Take care, and thanks for being with the channel on our journeys!

Almost at the end of my current filming trip to Washington and Colorado states (USA).
As usual you can see images from the trip shared daily on my Instagram account instagram.com/milosh9k
On the picture - inside the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado, USA. This beautiful place can be reached after steep and strenuous hike from the South Rim down to the river, following the Gunnison route (permit is required for the hike).
