What’s up friends, I hope you’re all having a great Saturday. I ordered 3 new ORMUS / Monoatomic Gold supplements for review, trying them one at a time. First up is 24k Gold from I am Joy, so far so good. Colloidal gold is said to improve iq and be more of a nootropic vs colloidal silver.
Secret Gold has lots of reviews on Amazon is actually pretty popular, and Ormus supergreens seems like an interesting product, I don’t know what to expect.

Hello everyone! 🥳 Today I wanted to discuss digestive enzymes. Do any of you guys have a favorite brand? 🤔 Do you take other supplements for everyday gut health? I decided to try digestive enzymes again a few weeks do to linger gut health issues. I also read that digestive enzymes in your gut can influence neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, ect) which I found intriguing. 📝
As you guys may already know, I take low dose colon cleanses (from varying brands) almost all the time, they usually contain 1-2 digestive enzymes. I also take colostrum, magnesium & ginger when things get bad. As far as digestive enzyme go, I’ve tried 10+ blends and I don’t notice that much of a difference.
But,😏 there was one digestive enzyme blend that did work much better than the rest, I was sent a bottle for free by the company to do review, & I never got around to reviewing it. Such a shame, because it was ZERO BS the best enzyme blend I’ve ever tried. All my fault on that one.
I searched and searched until, I found it. 😎And instead of being a little b**ch and asking for another free bottle, I payed out of pocket for the big bottle. Review coming soon after testing. I’m soooo curious if the effects are noticeable like before, or was I mistaken. We shall see 🍻

I am so excited to be back reviewing traditional nootropics. I picked up this nootropics bundle + the cosmic nootropics brand of phenibut. Currently I am halfway through testing of phenyl piracetam (see photo 2).
Phenyl piracetam hydrazide was my favorite nootropic by far, I haven’t ordered it in months because I fly through a 35$ bag in a few weeks. I have never tried the original phenyl piracetam… until now 😏. I will be doing a full review on it, but I will say it’s still my favorite nootropic & feels almost therapeutic / medicinal to me.
Also, I am very excited to review phenibut again. It’s funny, I used phenibut off and on for 2 years or so, ran out. Bought f phenibut, couldn’t compare them because I ran out of the original. Now I just ran out my f phenibut, I get access to the normal phenibut again 🤦♂️.
I will also be able to review piracetam and pantogam. piracetam is the most famous racetam that I’ve never tried. Pantogam is like gaba fused with a b vitamin, with both stimulating / anti anxiety properties.

Hello Everyone 🎉 I wanted to tease some upcoming supplement reviews that I’m finishing testing on. I am very picky with supplements, I want little filler, no artificial colors & truly unique blends of ingredients.. and I gotta say, all 3 of these products have impressed me thus far.🫡
I was a big fan of turkesterone for natural muscle growth, this AMP blend is Turkesterone & ecdysterone. Ecdysterone is the original Turkesterone style plant compound & it’s nice having both / being able to try ecdysterone. AMP also contains bcaas, electrolytes & glucosamine for joints.
“Testes” I haven’t tried yet, the AMP may act like a mild steroid & may cause me to have slight natural testosterone shutdown, it would be ideal for me to take “testes” after testing amp is completed.
The last product “preworkout” appeared to be a low dose generic blend we’ve seen a million times.. and it was half the price of AMP & Testes. I didn’t expect much, but boy was I wrong, it’s got a hefty dose of tyrosine (700mg), Kanna (which I’ve never tried, online studies indicated kanna boosts mood and lowers anxiety) and eria jarensis. With 175mg per scoop, it’s been such a treat having every day. Lots more to say, I’ll save for the review.
I will deep dive more into each one in their respected reviews, these supplements are expensive, however they told me I have a 28% off coupon code. (RealJoshTv) Which should make things more reasonably priced.

Also a mini update on GBR 12935, the dopamine reuptake inhibitor. After I shot my review, I deep dove into this compound. And I found it has 2 main benefits, one is that it heals the brain after heavy dopamine depletion.
Dopamine levels returned to normal faster after dopamine drug abuse, vs placebo, the only thing that was lowered was the dat, all other dopamine levels were perfectly normal. I think dat converts dopamine into something else, so by the dat being lowered, I would think you’d have more dopamine than usual? I’m not sure.
I tested this out and it does bring you back to a normal dopamine feeling very quick. Similar to phenyl piracetam hydrazide, PPH is still better imo, but this definitely helps a lot with the recovery aspect.
Another thing I found was that it seems to be good for heart murmurs and irregular heartbeats. They tried to induce heart issues in rats and were almost unable to cause murmurs, when the rats had this compound in them.
One day I took some 4 fluoro modafinil with the gbr 12935 and I felt amazing! I’m not sure if it was a fluke or what, normally the GBR is best at getting you to normal, not feeling great great.
Which is weird also because GBR can also reduce the dopamine high from other compounds. So it’s weird that they felt so good together. More testing needed.
I’m trying the fl adrafinil again today. I’m not sure why I was hesitant to re test it. And to be honest I really don’t know how I feel about it.
There is some extra focus, but it’s much more blunted, In my previous reviews, I remember feeling a veil between me and reality with fl adrafinil specifically. And I feel something like that now.
When I dose modafinil, I usually go 40-60mg range, sometimes up to 90mg, on a rare occasion. I took 120mg of fl adrafinil today, which was more than I took when I first tested it. I think 150mg is the sweet spot.. and I’ve seen companies selling capsuled fl adrafinil, in 150mg pills.
I definitely need to try it one more day at 150mg to give it a full review. But if encounter any weird side effects, this may be the only day I take it, fingers crossed. One thing I can say is, get the modafinil analogs on eBay, it would suck to have fl adrafinil as the ONLY option.
I’ve taken a break from dmaa, dmha and fl adrafinil for awhile, do to having the modafinil analogs and a few other premium stimulants. If you guys had to pick, would you want me to re review dmha, dmaa or fl adrafinil the most?
It will be an interesting comparison, because now I can compare them to the modafinil analogs and certain prescription medicines. Which should give me a better understanding how they function specifically. It’s sad they’re all so strong that I need to take days off inbetween, & could possibly sacrifice an otherwise great modafinil day.
Let me know which of the 3 I should review next!
So there are 2 forms of Phenyl Piracetam on Amazon for sale. If they were to be fake I could get a full refund. I get 5 grams of the hydrazide for 35$, so these are expensive in comparison.
I’ve heard the hydrazide version is stronger, I have also heard the original is stronger. The lower product has bad reviews, but if you read them, it’s mainly about how bad the taste is. And I already know the taste is bad.
What do you guys think of these? I wish they weren’t so expensive.
