ARE YOU ON THE VERGE OF BREAKING THROUGH?

It's always so frustrating to feel like you're on the verge of breaking through and being mindful of the things that are important to you, like really aligning your time with how you want to feel at this stage of your life and being healthy, but there's still something missing.

Something is blocking you from creating the life that you want for yourself.

Wouldn't it be amazing to finally silence these voices and be your best self?

To be unapologetically you and know that you're good enough, just as you are?

I'm here to tell you that it is possible.

You can have the life that you want. But it starts with mindfulness.

You have to be willing to be present in your life and be aware of the choices that you're making.

Every choice that you make is an opportunity to move closer to or further away from the life that you want.

So ask yourself, "Does this choice align with how I want to feel?" If the answer is no, then don't do it. It's as simple as that.

But if you continue to make choices that don't align with how you want to feel, then nothing will ever change.

You'll be stuck in the same cycle of frustration, never feeling like you're breaking the chains and leaving them behind you.

Wouldn't it be fabulous when you are more present in your life and fully aware of the opportunities that move you closer to the life you want?

I know, I know.

You've been there before, you're in a room full of people and your body starts to heat up from having hot flashes so much that it's uncomfortable. 

The only way for me at this point is if I take off my cardigan or let the car window down but by the time you take off one layer or lower it down to let an open window for ventilation, everything has cooled off again!

How have you dealt with your own internal personal struggle -- did someone give you any advice?

Or did something just work out on its own without trying too hard?

It's not just once or twice either; this happens all the time! If only there was some kind of food that could help with these issues…

Oh wait! There is! 

As a woman over 40, I know that there are many things you can do to make yourself feel more comfortable during menopause.

One thing is eating the right foods - and not just for your physical well-being but also for your emotional well-being.

There's been an upsurge in women seeking help from their doctors after being prescribed antidepressants or mood stabilizers because of hormonal changes.

I don't know about you but that's not something that I want to experience.

Menopause is an exciting time in a woman's life.

Personally I don't feel that it has to change your lifestyle or taste buds!

I'm here to help you navigate the most natural part of being a woman with grace and style.
