Hi everyone,
I am back in Germany and having a bit of homesick now, started running, jumping around and doing crossfit, returned back to normal eating and exercising. I could not make a video because my microphone has been ditched, in Dubai security when we made a transit in Dubai considering that is similar to a jump rope is the explanation given by them, never expected that would happen and stupid me that I should have never kept my mic in the cabin luggage. Ok no problem, every experience is a new learning.
Will be back with a new video when I get a new mic, till then have a beautiful weekend and happy training..

Hi guys,
I hope you are all doing well, there's a reason why I don't post video last week. Guess what ??? I am in India, after lots of battling with the mind and a long uncomfortable journey, I finally had a chance to meet my family yesterday and the days I am coming here are the most fun filled one.. vacation to India is where I don't pack my running shoes as well, it's been long time since I took a break from running, nearly 1 and half years, so I am planning to take a break of around 1 month, so that I can recover completely from the stress fracture in my tibia that troubles me for a long time and nail my upcoming training very well...
P.S since I am not as active as in Germany because every single day is a feast day, I try not to gain so much fat.. LOL

Running is one thing that can absolutely change my day, even if I have a very bad day, that little 30 minutes run in the evening is all I want to feel great again.
So today's workout was so much fun to do, it was thundering and raining heavy in my place but that never stopped me from putting my running shoes, and throwing myself down on the road for an easy run..
Oh I got an additional upper body pump in the morning, it's chest and tricep day, so smashed those never ending chest presses, flyes,pushups, dips etc..
