Welcome to our island tribe!! Our family, the Kelly's, have lived here in the Solomon Islands for over 40 years. Jase has spent most of his life here and for the past decade we (Jase & Katie) have been living and working here together building the life we have today. We have 3 beautiful kids who are naturally becoming wildlife warriors - Arlo, Ophelia and baby Darwin :-) Jase parents, Grant and Jill are the reason we have this incredible life due to some important choices they made to make Uepi their life passion in the 80's. Thanks for choosing to watch and support us.. sharing our magical world with you really is something we enjoy as it motivates us to keep exploring and use our creative joys to make these videos! Would you live off the grid on a remote island with your family?
In 4 years we have managed to rebuild our entire island resort accommodation and guest areas! Through a pandemic, multiple cyclones and so many other issues including massive logistical fails.. here on our tiny island home we have constructed 6 incredible beach front buildings (and our new family home in the jungle) that we are so insanely proud of! A challenge beyond what we could have imagined and I think a journey that would have seen many others give up on.. I am currently putting the finishing touches on a video to show off the final guest beach house which we have recently completed and hope you'll tune in when it drops... Birth Vlog is live!!!!! We had a beautiful maternal assisted c-section for our baby boy, Darwin. I pulled Darwin out during the surgery - so cool!!!! Hope you enjoy this one guys... it's very close to our hearts :) Huge thank you to everyone, especially Dr Adriana Olog and her team and our beautiful family.
Living the island dream as a family of 5 now days! Life has been busy that is for sure... Not a month has gone by that we haven't been trying to get back to making videos!! I miss the creative side to it and sharing our world with you all... Our littlest love, Darwin, is now 6 months old and I have been working on his birth video, mostly for us to treasure the memories but also to share here soon. Our 2024 wish is to share relaxed vlogs of our island life with you all as we move through this crazy thing called life.. Looking forward to connecting with you all again :)

We are finally publishing the off grid build series FINALE tonight at 6 pm AEST in which you see the MENTAL final 7 days before we opened these new beach houses on Uepi Island. It is honestly quite an insane achievement considering all the set backs we had during this 10 week project... we are NOT satisfied with the result when we open to paying guests but still proud of what was achieved!! It has been a long time coming... we have been somewhat busy - our little island tribe has grown by 1 extremely cute member 😲 more on that soon!!!
