If you were truly uncomfortable about the position you were in, then you’d take action to get out of it.

The problem is you’re uncomfortable enough where it bothers you.

But you’re not uncomfortable enough where you can’t sleep without doing something to get out of your position.

Get out of the crippling middle ground.

91.5kg

9kg more to go.

This is why I advocate lean bulking so much.

Gained over 12kg this year and still haven’t cut down.

Hitting 4.5k+ calories everyday.

And still lean.

Eat healthy, feel healthy, look healthy.

It’s the best way.

Choose your hard.

There’s someone out there who would give anything to be you.

Gratitude is one of the strongest super powers.

Without gratitude & a purpose you’ll never truly be happy.

You could recieve millions of dollars overnight.

But if you have no gratitude or clear purpose, after a few months of happiness you’d be back to square one.

With gratitude you’ll never rely on motivation.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years…

Fitness is the best self improvement habit.

It’s a catalyst.

Once you get into fitness

Start to see good progress & prove to yourself that you can achieve something

It’s crazy how that seeps into every other area of life

It enhances discipline, self belief, work productivity, business…

Body weight exercises & a high protein diet

Such a low starting investment for such a high return.

Never give up on fitness.
