After our last challenge, Alexis and I wanted a new program to try out and decided to check out some of Layne Norton's programs.
We just uploaded a video on our new Sorta Healthy Lifestyle channel reviewing Layne Norton's workout builder and one of his programs (spoiler alert: we thought it was pretty good).

What's up guys! Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! Thanks for the continued love and support everyone, I really appreciate it! We've got a few big videos coming up! We'll be reviewing the NCI nutrition course/certification, the NASM bodybuilding course, as well as a bunch of other things too. We also have some good programming and trainer pay stuff coming as well!
We just released a video on habit change on our other channel Sorta Healthy Lifestyle, and I think a lot of you would find it helpful! We dive deep into habit change in this video, which was heavily influenced by the book Atomic Habits. Atomic Habits has changed the way I view habit and lifestyle change, and I think it will have an effect on the way I work with certain clients. I have no doubt that many of you will feel the same way!

You may have noticed a little change on our channel--we have a new name! Sorta Healthy is now Sorta Healthy Trainer Education!
From this point forward, this channel will be fully dedicated to providing high quality, free, personal training education and nothing else. It is my mission to make people the best trainers they can be.
In the coming months, we'll be starting up a second channel that will focus on some other topics.

Our channel is primarily focused on personal trainer education meaning that we'll spend time teaching you about best practices, business, programming tips, working with clients and everything else related to the personal training field.
We often get asked: What does Sorta Healthy mean? Well, we live out our Sorta Healthy lifestyle daily. Our approach to health and fitness is realistic and approachable. We are not bodybuilders or power lifters, though we do a little bit of both. We are not marathon runners or triathlete's, but we do our cardio. We don't eat only vegetables and certainly like some ice cream once in a while.
We hope that you find our content helpful wherever you are in fitness professional journey!
