So after all this time, here it is my own transformation video, will be posting a number of new videos of how I have achieved my transformation and my changes as they continue to happen. Thank you to everyone for their continued support it means so much to me.
It's been a while since my last upload. I have been busy undertaking my own transformation. Nothing like some health concerns and a challenge to motivate you into action.

I am looking forward to uploading exciting new content as this year goes on. I am especially excited about documenting my own transformation and bringing everyone along on the journey and helping as many people as I can along the way.
