Operation shredded update! Started at 240 now down to 180… except I went on a vacation for our wedding anniversary. Went up to 186 during that vacay, which I knew would happen… enjoyed our anniversary, now gonna rip that back down. Getting closer to that goal bf percentage homies!!!Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Stay focused, and drink water.
Get shredded challenge going well to 189lbs down from 240! Now ironically… what do y’all think is THE best fast food French fry in America is? Tomorrow we find out the answer so… make your bets. Love you all!! :)

I miss you all! I know it’s been a couple weeks since we’ve posted. We’ve been getting prepped for the Holidays and taking a few days to see family. We’re coming back TOMORROW with a brand new one and it’s a very cooking centric encyclopedia vibe for an ENTIRE cooking method (frying)!
