This session involves slow, deep breaths, with each round progressively increasing in length. The first round consists of 3 minutes of breathing, and by the fifth round, it extends to 7 minutes. The intention is to gently alter your consciousness, allowing you to explore deeper parts of yourself and view your life from a fresh perspective. This practice allows you to step away from the conscious mind that we use in our daily lives. The session finishes with 20 minutes of floating flute music, perfect for integration.

I shared this a few days ago on instagram and thought Iād share here too. I started this channel a little over 2 years ago and used an iPhone 13 for the first 1.5 years filming every videoā¦thatās it. And the past 6 months Iāve been upgrading and using more gear like additional cameras, lenses, drones etc, as you can see in the picture. Itās been a blast adding drone footage and 2 Sony camera angles to each video to give it a cinematic feel but the reason Iām posting this is to say you donāt really need muchā¦
I climbed up a beautiful cliff with my backpack full of gear for this weeks video. Usually my wife and daughter are behind the cameras holding space but the climb was too tricky so this one was solo.

From world traveler to breathwork facilitator and content creator, I'm here putting a 21st century spin on ancient breathing techniques infused with rhythmic music that I produce myself.
